Festival favourite poet and theologian Pádraig Ó Tuama brings us a taste of his Poetry Unbound podcast, welcoming some of the finest poets from the other side of the Atlantic to join him for conversation and readings.
In Marie Howe’s 2017 classic ‘Magdalene’ she imagines the everywoman as a Magdalene, perpetually trapped between stories told about her, despite the richness of the stories she tells about herself. Marie Howe has released five books, the most recent of which, New and Selected won the Pulitzer Prize for Poetry 2025. In conversation with Pádraig, she will share poems that consider biblical texts, yearning, sexuality, environmental concern and time. Luminous, generous and powerful, Marie Howe’s voice is a gift to us all.
